1. About GracieLuv
GracieLuv is an independent fanbase for Gracie (Grace Octaviani) of JKT48 and is not officially affiliated with JKT48, the JKT48 Operation Team, or PT Indonesia Musik Nusantara. This policy explains what data we collect on gracieluv.com and how we use it. We aim to follow the principles of Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
2. Data we collect
You can browse the whole site without signing up or logging in. We only receive data you choose to send:
- Wishes: your name/username and message. Wishes are shown publicly after an admin approves them.
- Feedback: the topic and your message, plus your name and contact if you provide them. Anonymous messages store no name or contact. Feedback is never shown on the site and can only be read by admins.
- Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily in server memory to prevent spam (for example, limiting how often you can send) and is not saved to our database. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare also keep standard access logs for security.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited most and what kinds of devices visitors use, as aggregated statistics. Google Analytics uses cookies. We don't use this data for advertising.
- Storage on your device: the bunny mini game keeps your hop count in your browser (localStorage). It is never sent to us.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data for commercial purposes.
- We don't ask for sensitive data such as your home address, ID number, or financial details.
- We don't create visitor accounts or profiles.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare: delivers our pages and protects against attacks.
- Google Analytics: visit statistics (see section 2).
- Google Forms: GracieLuv membership sign-ups use a Google form. What you enter there is subject to Google's privacy policy and is managed by GracieLuv admins for membership purposes.
- Saweria: donations are processed by Saweria; we never receive your payment details.
- 48GroupHub: show schedules, 2-Shot & Meet and Greet tickets, live status, and photos and videos from Gracie's official accounts are fetched by our server. Your browser doesn't connect to that service directly.
- External links: buttons to jkt48.com, Showroom, IDN, and social media take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored on our server and sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only admins with the right permissions can open the dashboard, and every change there is logged. Wishes are kept until they are deleted. Feedback is kept as long as needed to follow up, and can then be deleted by an admin.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete any wish or feedback you've sent. Contact us at [email protected] and mention your name or message so we can find it. You can also refuse analytics cookies through your browser settings or a tracker-blocking extension; the site still works normally.
7. Younger visitors
Many of Gracie's fans are students. Please don't write personal details (phone number, address, school) in wishes or feedback. Parents or guardians can ask us to delete their child's data using the contact above.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. See also our Terms of Use.
